Welcome to Reel Rivals. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Reel Rivals mobile application and
related services.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must create an account to use Reel Rivals.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted under your account

2. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Reel Rivals.

If we discover an account belonging to a user under the age of 13, we may terminate the account immediately.

3. Subscription & Payments

Reel Rivals may offer subscription-based features.

The App may include a 30-day free trial, after which continued use may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing and billing terms will be displayed in the App.

4. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through the platform used for purchase, including:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

5. Acceptable Use

Users must use the App responsibly and lawfully.

You may not:

• Post abusive, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass or impersonate other users
• Upload malicious code
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

6. User Content

Users may submit photos, fishing statistics, comments, and other content.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Reel Rivals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote the content within the App and in marketing materials.

7. Gameplay Data & Competition Integrity

Reel Rivals relies on user-submitted content and catch data.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of submitted information or competition results.

We reserve the right to:

• Review submissions
• Remove suspicious entries
• Modify scoring
• Disqualify users suspected of cheating

8. Compliance With Fishing Laws

Users are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal fishing regulations, including licensing requirements, catch limits, and protected species rules.

Reel Rivals is not responsible for violations of fishing laws by users.

9. App Availability

We strive to keep the App functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Reel Rivals, including design, code, branding, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by Dem Boys LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.

11. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

12. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate user accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if users violate these Terms or interfere with the platform.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reel Rivals is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate scoring, or flawless gameplay.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dem Boys LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App, including gameplay disputes, loss of data, or technical interruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Maryland courts.

16. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services such as our online bait shop or other external websites.

Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
