This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or
"your") and Dem Boys LLC, the company behind the Reel Rivals mobile application ("Reel Rivals," "App," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Reel Rivals App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms of Use.

This license grants you the right to use the App, but does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property associated with it.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App

• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

• Circumvent security or access controls

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or servers

3. Ownership

The App, including its software, design, features, logos, trademarks, content, and technology, is owned and operated by Dem Boys LLC.

All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may periodically release updates, bug fixes, or improvements to the App.

Updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated software and any related changes.

5. User Content

Users may upload content including photos, catch statistics, comments, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it you grant Dem Boys LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, use, and promote that content within the App and in promotional materials related to Reel Rivals.

6. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated this Agreement, the Terms of Use, or other applicable policies.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Reliability
• Availability
• Accuracy of information
• Performance of gameplay features

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dem Boys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of reputation
• Loss of revenue
• Gameplay disputes between users

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maryland.
